Community Advocates in Virginia

If you are a case manager, counselor, social worker, or clergy, and have an incarcerated client or member located in a Central Virginia facility who you believe is willing and ready to meet with family members, make amends, and work on and complete a transition plan, then we invite you to refer that individual to CHC for a Family Healing Circle. To receive a referral form, please complete this request form and we will make every effort to email you the form within 24-48 hours.
